Investors hold priority investment shares with a preferential yield over the founder and fund management.
The founder’s capital is invested in the fund through performance investment shares.
Retail parks are carefully selected, assessed, audited and fully occupied.
Tenants consist exclusively of established retail chains with long-term, fixed lease agreements.

Our tenants comprise well-established international retail chains focused on affordable everyday retail and services. Investing in fully occupied retail parks throughout the Czech Republic, providing essential goods and services for everyday living.
Through its subsidiaries, the Fund invests in fully leased retail parks with 100% occupancy.

Investors acquire Priority Investment Shares with a preferred return of up to 6% p.a. for the CZK share class and up to 5% p.a. for the EUR share class, together with a 50% participation in the sub-fund’s excess return, pro rata to the subscribed share class. The target return is 8% p.a. for the CZK share class and 7% p.a. for the EUR share class.


In 1994 he established and ran AUTO KELLY, the largest distributor of car parts in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, with a turnover of over CZK 3 bn, which he successfully sold in 2010. Since 2011, he has been involved in investments in properties, development and the power industry.
